I hear what you're saying 82. Would rather wait and be a backfill in the ACC. That said I think the ACC and PAC or the most unstable now as they have institutions that have value to B10 and SEC. Really don't think there is any value left in B12 for those 2 top conferences.
Only 14 more years to continue having this discussion then!

I disagree. Cinci, UCF,and Houston are thrilled to be there. The other schools have no where to go, except possibly Kansas, and they can be replaced in a heartbeat.

The new converts are the always the hardcore ones. But they would all leave if offered. Just like everyone else in that conference.

Interesting hire. Another Commissioner from outside the traditional college athletics world.

First order of business is a new TV contract. There have been wild predictions all over the place on what the new B12 contract will look like. The Presidents obviously bought into his vision. I still think the new conference generates $25-30MM/yr for the schools which keeps the existing members close to whole.
