You have control over that feature. See below the posts a light blue tab called thread display options. I don't like most of the options however.

The first time I typed in this site, my browser shut down. That was quite the welcome.
Glad I finally made it to our newest home. How long has the BY existed? I can remember the days -gasp- when there was a combined men's & women's b-ball board. I'm guessing it originated sometime in the 1996-98 time frame?

You don't need to use HTML at all. Just click on the image icon and enter the URL. Don't use the <img src command.

Go to the Suggestions, Comments and Handles board and let Tom (temery) know you want it changed or go to your Inbox (top, right of your screen) and Start a Conversation with temery.

Tom is the Big Dog here, btw.
