WRONGthe young boy aint staying
There were a few people on here who were kind of obnoxious about telling anyone who questioned whether he should leave for the NBA that he was leaving regardless and mocking even questioning that. I remember a couple but it's not worth calling out. Just goes to show you never know what will happen.I'm fine eating all the crow about Mullins going to the NBA. Hell yeah, run it back!!
And terrible day for the dukies.Been a good day...
I may have been 1 of them. I did leave myself an out by saying 1% chance he comes back if the title game loss left a bitter taste in his mouth and he didn't want to end his UConn career like that and his days with Hurley as coach".There were a few people on here who were kind of obnoxious about telling anyone who questioned whether he should leave for the NBA that he was leaving regardless and mocking even questioning that. to be fair, he was solid ooc and wildly mediocre for most of big east play. hit the greatest shot in UConn history after doing nothing for 59 minutes and 58.2 seconds. and I’m beyond stoked about this.
I was just going to post something similar. They laughed at the idea he’d even consider returning! There were a few people on here who were kind of obnoxious about telling anyone who questioned whether he should leave for the NBA that he was leaving regardless and mocking even questioning that. Continue the count on your second hand. 😀You could probably count on one hand the number of kids who would turn down the NBA to stay in college for more money for a year or two. NBA is their dream if they get drafted they'll still be a millionaire. Follow your dreams.
It was more the discussion that happened during the regular season. By the time the NCAA Tournament came and some mock drafts started to drop him to later in the 1st round when some doubt started to creep in he would leave for the NBA. By the time the NCAA Tournament was over there was chatter that he would stay at UConn.I may have been 1 of them. You can't have a dissenting opinion in this world anymore with anything. There were plenty of posters that really got loud when their fellow fans had the audacity to hope he'd be back. There were a few people on here who were kind of obnoxious about telling anyone who questioned whether he should leave for the NBA that he was leaving regardless and mocking even questioning that.
