I’ve never seen cramps like that

Somebody said this in the chat too. It's weird.

Fragile =/= soft. Bouk definitely gets injured easily. He is by no means soft. If anything, he puts his body on the line TOO much and too recklessly getting to the rim.

Well I hope they won't be doing any Chinese cups to the calves or thighs I hope? Lol
You don’t seriously think that blood flow to the legs is impacted by cupping to the shoulders 12+ hours prior, do you?

It's not just dehydration. Not for a 20 year old playing 20 minutes of basketball. It's something much more than cramps.

Im not saying I have concrete proof but just saying its a possibility, yes.
Then maybe read about cupping, a process that momentarily alters the local blood flow to a small area, and apply some critical thinking, and then maybe you’ll realize how that could not possibly affect systemic changes that would be required for legs to cramp 12+ hours later.

And stop throwing around phrases like “controlled studies” in the mean time

If he didn’t eat or couldn’t keep anything down bc of nerves, he would’ve been running on fumes. Happened to me once at a practice. Didn’t eat or drink and my body started tensing up. Felt like I was running backwards

Cramps are incredibly painful. I feel for Bouk. But once they are gone, they're gone.

I don’t remember the specifics, but I seem to recall some epic takes on athletes cramping haven been written on this board.

How does someone spend a life watching sports and come up with this take
Because unlike you, I actually participate. Have for 50 years. Hardly ever drink water and never cramp. It's more than cramps.
