I’m making the trip. It’d be pretty disappointing if our fan base didn’t sell this game out considering we’re a top 25 team playing in front of fans for the first time in forever

I know but it isn’t what it use to be. Between TV and cost fans don’t care as much going to games.

Also Covid didn’t help but the trend down was happening before it.

Yeah the exact seating locations are a plus. I tried but it looks like this site won't allow the larger file version with more detail but here's a link to check out individual seats for Gampel and the XL... I was able to post on Rivals:

I'm guessing they didn't release single game sales for the top line BE match-ups after New year's because they'll do so with flex packs that force fans to buy bundled tickets including lousy games they have no interest in attending.
