Among major college sports, it is only in WCBB that folks seem to think a former player can come in with no experience and be a great coach. Why do many think so little of what it takes to be a great WCBB coach?
No one suggested that Ray Allen should've been the UConn MCBB coach. That would've been crazy.
Good point. In men's hoops, often the best players are complete failures when they try coaching.
