The last three years are unprecedented in UConn history for also having to deal with the not-so-insignificant consequences of recruiting restrictions and conference realignment.Obvioulsy we can't know what would have happened had we lost to Cincy but can you seriously sit there and say the last 3 seasons have been on par with our programs standards? I mean you literally are using a second round exit and 2 seasons of watching the tourney on TV as your argument that everything is fine.
"Who ...?" Quit watching UConn basketball. Do something else.
When did I blame Ollie? Please find where I said anything about him in that post. The last three years are unprecedented in UConn history for also having to deal with the not-so-insignificant consequences of recruiting restrictions and conference realignment.
It's absolutely unfair to lay the blame for unmet expectations completely on Ollie given that context. If you still insist on doing so, I would be forced to question your judgement in a more general sense.
When did I say anything about Ollie? Please quote me you pretentious , I'd love to see it. I'm disappointed in the last 3 seasons, sue me.
Lighten up, Francis.
I already posted soon after it that I didn't realize it would only be for next year, and I still stand by saying that I think it's a mistake when kids do this sort of thing. Take your officials. Speak with your family and people you trust in your life. Then make the decision that you think is right for you. I don't like the spectacle of it all, but I guess that's just the way of things now. I hope you are now less baffled, but if you aren't, I'm indifferent...
Excuse you? I dislike our coach and you're freaking out. I understand you're upset about something but maybe don't take it on the boneyarders.
Wait for someone to tell you you're the problem, it's priceless.Great now it's an Ollie argument thread. Really great day to be padding this thread with more non-information guys.
If we're playing the "what if" game then UConn was 2 missed corner threes away from making the tournament the year before.Without a miracle full court heave we're looking at 3 straight seasons missing the tourney. Can you really be that confident that everything has been peaches and the last 3 seasons has been par for the course for a 4 time championship program?
It's worse than that. You wonder why players would come to UConn to play for Ollie. Disliking someone is one thing. This is another.
Not everything has to be pinned on Ollie despite your obsession with stuffing that narrative down my throat. Obviously there are circumstances that have lead to the last 3 seasons being a disappointment but I can't actually believe that you can sit there and tell me this team has lived up to the expectations of a 4 time national champion. That was my premise, maybe you got into an argument with another poster over Ollie and that's fine I don't care but I'm not in that camp who blames all of the woes on him. What the hell are you talking about if not Ollie?
Don't know if that's trueAnother bad sign. In hami's last commitment post on instagram. Not m one single UCONN player or coach liked it..
UConn's only 9 wins away from being 14-0 this year too. And then we'd be in the national title conversationIf we're playing the "what if" game then UConn was 2 missed corner threes away from making the tournament the year before.
So you were talking about ollie....lmaooSorry that upset you. I think he's a terrible coach. I guess we are watching different teams. I see one of the worst coaching performances I've ever seen.
I follow all of them didn't see oneDon't know if that's true

Well, that's good to know. In the context of this thread, it could be easily construed that you were in UofCT2009's camp. Not everything has to be pinned on Ollie despite your obsession with stuffing that narrative down my throat. Not a big deal at all.Another bad sign. In hami's last commitment post on instagram. Not m one single UCONN player or coach liked it..
