I would like to see us bring in a big body. Like 6’11+ who can take up space in the middle and be a defensive presence when Carlton gets in foul trouble or needs a break while we recruit our longer term solution. Almost every high major team carriers this type of generic tall, long presence in the middle we havent had one in a little while.

I like how Tucker can score efficiently in a variety of ways.

Scoring 20.3 ppg, his scoring breaks down to:

55% and 7.6 ppg from 2P shots
41% and 7.2 ppg from 3P shots
78% and 5.5 ppg from FTs.
Which means he doesn’t take a ton of shots and he isn’t ball dominant

Shakur Juiston from UNLV will likely be a grad transfer. Sat out this year with injury. Put up great numbers last year. Double double I believe. Also from jersey.

He is a shonn miller clone with less shooting. His freshman year he was a killer. Going to need him to develop a shot wherever he plays.

Keep your eye on Asante Gist from Iona. Played for Hurley at St. Anthony, from Jersey City, has already transferred once. If we decide to go the grad transfer route for a PG he is our most likely option imo. Excellent ball handler.

Hurley left St. Anthony in 2010 and Gist didn't graduate until 2016. Did he play for him as a sixth grader?

This should be grad transfer priority #1. We desperately need another experienced PG behind AG.
Tucker isn’t a PG he’s more like a SG/Wing.

All these transfers doesn’t it feel like transfers make up half of the recruiting action?
