I really think he is our missing piece. I know it will take some time, but want to see this lineup:

Bouk
Martin
Akok
Whaley

Like this lineup eventually especially if Akok improves offensively.

Right now just replace Akok with Polley or maybe Jackson if he matures.

There were games at the beginning of last season where he was the best player on the court and looked like a definite NBA talent. He definitely struggled with consistency, but if he can get back to being close to 100% athletically and improves his skills, he will be a big factor.

How devastated the team was last year when he got hurt, & how much his brothers seem to love the kid, the energy when he checks in the first time will be INSANE. Only thing that sucks is that he won’t get to do it in front of fans

If he can even be average on offense he's an NBA player. No... if he can do nothing but shoot 35% from 3 and not turn it over.

His defensive versatility is a valuable NBA skill set.

Kid deserves every good thing that happens to him.

This kid is amazing. I remember his injury last year. Such a tough exit for him. Then, to see him come back to the gym and his teammates all swarmed him. I've got nothing but love, hope, and respect for this kid. I am super happy for this kid and where he is today. He's probably earned more than he was expected to.

Anyone who has played sports and was on the field/court when an Achilles injury happened to someone....Never forgets it.. I was blown away by the onions AA displayed at the time of the injury.. I'm more blown away by his recovery.. Hope he crushes it this year.

He looked much smoother and relaxed on his outside shots in that short video and showed nice ability with the ball. Hopefully he'll feel confident about his recovery and will be more relaxed and not rush his shots this year. We spoke with him briefly in Charleston and he is a very nice young man with a great smile he should show more often.
