Saying this with the typos

(I have no side I'm just peanut gallerying)
Thanks for pointng that out..my thumbs are too big for the mini keyboard... It's fixed now.

Some of you myopic idiots need to step back and see the forest rather than the tree in front of you. College kids playing a high variance game can and will have off nights, especially on the road, and doubly so with the crummy BE refs we have to deal with.

Arizona had a similar game against UCF
ISU lost to lowly Cinci @kobe 😘
Michigan had a similar game against lowly Oregon
Purdue had a similar game against USC
UNC lost to Cal
Utah State lost to freakin Grand Canyon
Tennessee couldn’t pull it out against mediocre UK

KenPom ORtg is 36 after todays game. Defense is fine, our offense is a concern. It has been for sometime now. Ball can't do anything other than shoot pull-ups in the lane. Our vaunted 3P shooting looks like my daughters 4th grade bball games, non-existent.
You have a daughter who plays in nonexistent basketball games?

I love all the whining from the experts. Winning ugly but winning. Sign of a true champion. Time off will help injuries and going over any issues that need addressing. We need a crazy crowd Saturday.
I saw a lot of what ailed this team in New Jersey and Providence follow it to DC
People here say working on things but is it being done?

.-.
This team is flawed beyond repair.
The fact they 18-1 with wins over 4-5 Top 25 is a complete mystery.

No ability to blow teams out. All it seems is that they know how to win. Good luck with that!
Shut the season down before this team embarrasses UConn’s legacy any further.

Hopefully a complete rebuild is in for next year…

Last year's team would likely have lost the last 3 games. So it's progress that this year's team can gut out wins, but it shouldn't be this difficult to begin with.

You have never seen a team get jumped in a week where they won their games???

Duke may not jump us but Michigan could. Probably not. But the chances aren't zero.
“The chances aren’t zero” sure. And the chances aren’t zero that there will be an alien invasion tomorrow. See how stupid that is? That chances are so low that it’s dumb to argue the possibility. Michigan barely beat 8-9 Oregon. No they wouldn’t jump us because we barley won as well. I’m starting to believe many of you only watch UConn.

Every team is jacked against us. Beating UConn is like winning the Superbowl for them. Imagine how hard it is for our guys to match the intensity of these "have-nots" they're up against.
We complain often how down the Big East is this year.

The only opportunity for a signature win, at this point in the season, is for a conference mate to beat either UConn or St John's.

Maybe we are their "Superbowl". But, in reality these 2 teams offer the only path to redemption.

Beating Marquette, Butler or De Paul just doesn't move any needles.

Either rack up a win against UConn and/or St John's, or win out in the BET.

Those are the only paths to the Tournament for most of the conference.

.-.
One more thing to consider....

Most years we budget for how many losses we will have by the end of conference play.

Typically a road game or 2 or 3 against the recognized top teams in the league. And they there is that other budgetary factor....

The WTF-L.

Yesterday we experienced that vanishing rare phenomenon, the WTF-W.

And so we complain bitterly.

Nuts!
