I sometimes wonder if Northern Illinois also constantly brags about having been to a BCS bowl. We’d laugh if we heard them talk about their history, but we were probably the worst team to ever play in a BCS bowl. Fell butt backwards into it and RE acts like he was running the 85 bears lol

Going to that bowl and then getting on the other plane was legit the high point of his career.

Not sure how much longer we can afford to be the hobby horse for RE's nostalgia.
