Reminds me a bit of the Tennessee game last year in how ND's offense stagnated and the shooters went ice cold.
Final score won't tell the story of this one.
Your team has NOTHING to be ashamed of. Perhaps rested and at home this would have been a different outcome for ND. Trust me, we'll see each other again down the road. When your team hits the floor they come to do work. ND ain't quite done yet. You're welcome. Glad ND could provide some adversity to overcome
we WIN!!!
Ye of little faith. I can't believe how quickly some bailed on this team. At the end they showed true grit.

Crow is really really delicious after a tremendous comeback and win...Well I deserve a big plate of crow after this one. Really proud of how they played the last 7+ minutes of this game. Looked like an entirely different team with the heart and hustle.
Frankly as at Nevada, because of their traveling, I think ND ran out of gas to some extent. Also, Young never could deal with UConn's length and it affected her on offense and defense. Her putting points on the board would have had a big effect on the outcome, I think. Unfortunately for her, it's not going to change when (and I mean when) she plays UConn again this year.Kudos to ND for a great performance. They pushed UConn almost to the breaking point. I'm not sure the Irish "went cold." I think they were playing at a maximum level and simply reverted to their usual level of play. Not a criticism, just reality. I doubt they could play any better, but I don't feel in a rush to face them again. Again, excellent effort.
I went to sleep during the Patriots’ game and missed our game. See that we won. Pretty routine?
Dog houseSMASH THOSE LEPRECHAUNS !!
UNLEASH GABBY !!
Yes it will, UConn took over the 4th quarter and the Irish folded. Appeared like UConn wanted it more during that 4th quarter.
Geno is talking now about Lou's injury - not risking their season in December for her health. And he didn't. She got hurt briefly after playing quite a while with no signs of pain or trouble. It was just the one tweak.
LOL. At least with the final boss you get a do over. Sometimes you get to restart at a commanding point. Not with UConn. At least with UConn though you don't have to hear all that derisive laughter and s*** talking.I was so close to having something to hold over y'all for a few months
Jk, congrats on winning a good game.
I didn't really expect to win so it was actually not as stressful to watch as most games.
Fun little game of basketball.
Playing UConn is like trying to defeat the Final boss of a video game. You have to be almost perfect and it's never over when there's still time on the clock.
Beat you to it.I don't know about the rest of you in the boneyard but after that one I need a drink
Maybe she's sick?Did he say they did not have Gabby in the second half ???????? coaches decision or hurt

I believe the word "more" answers your question. They didn't want it for the first 3 quarters?
Thanks for hanging in there with us today - enjoyed your contributions. ND will do some damage this year. And when it’s tournament time they know they can play with UConn.I was so close to having something to hold over y'all for a few months

Saying rosaries to defeat Notre Dame? Really surprised to learn that God is a UConn fan.God knows how many rosaries Geno's Mother said during the 3rd and 4th qtrs.
