Only this group could turn a 10-7 lead into a 21-10 deficit in the span of 7 minutes.

They just don't play this sport in anything resembling a smart manner.

Invisible plays. Not fielding a punt and losing 20 yards of field position. Then shanking our punt.

But the up side is that 10 points is an offensive explosion for a Whitmer led team.

We are not a team that can afford the fumbles, missed receivers and field position errors we are making. I got chastised here for claiming this OL had no talent and was 1AA caliber. Was told, "they haven't been coached up"...well, they are terrible right now.

.-.
Bad news. Both BCU kickers raining 55+ yard field goals without breaking a sweat at the half.

Three step drops and slants.

This team can't sustain 5-step drops on the passing game.

On ABC here in metro Boston. OSU is up 38-0. UConn should be nationwide soon.

When one looks at the relative leg strength of both of UConn's kickers v. "High" ranked opponents, UConn comes up short.

So Poyul can kick it to the 2 yard and have it go out of bounds, but on a straight kick he can't get it deeper than the 10?

Punting and coverage have been subpar.

Puyol's leg strength should be the least of our worries fellas

We no OLine, no running game, and an extremely green coach who, as of now, only learns after mistakes are made and not before. Says he "should have called a TO before the trick play"...well...

Finally! a positive run!

and then DeLo loses 1 as I type.

We got a first down on a whitmer scramble but can somebody explain how on 3rd and 6 Davis is standing on sideline

Points are good. Overall a good drive. UConn getting points after defensive stop should keep the defense going.

No complaints about the defense being tired today. Offense has given them plenty of rest.

This team is playing hard, but we just have some areas that lack any talent. Still much much better than a season ago getting steamrolled by the likes of Townson and Buffalo

Tight end was wide open...we just need to give Chandler a little more time
