But what about his brain.
But what about his brain.
height on perimeter = bad for cole
switchable defense = bad for bouknight
i agree that we likely will need to exploit down low.
...if he can stay out of foul trouble...To this point I have a very good friend who is a UMD fan/expert and he basically said that the entire team is solid but unspectacular with no one really being all that consistent on the offensive side, but the huge weakness is post play on both ends. Sounds like Adama should feast.
Seems like the type of lineup where Josh and his height could be a valuable asset as well.To this point I have a very good friend who is a UMD fan/expert and he basically said that the entire team is solid but unspectacular with no one really being all that consistent on the offensive side, but the huge weakness is post play on both ends. Somebody on one of the Terp Twitter threads mentioned 1 ET on Saturday but CBS and ESPN's schedule pages still show TBDs across the boardAnybody got the time on the game yet?!

One good spliff. That’s all it takes apparently.we are way, way too pretty for maryland. plus, she got crabs, and rotting crabs smell to high heaven. they gonna stink up the gym. we are way, way too pretty for them. sunoco-agogo gonna make them feel like they spent a whole day at a fred astaire dance class.

silly derps, perps, burps, or whatever they're called, don't they know that the World Headquarters for the Fred Astaire Dance Studios is just down the road from UConn, at enfield?
prime time. we just too pretty to play in the afternoon, and the tv people know it.Officially just announced- 7:10 PM ET Saturday night. So much for Terp Twitter threads.
Sounds like a prescription, Dr. Goatmeat. One good spliff. That’s all it takes apparently.
Medical necessity of courseSounds like a prescription, Dr. Goatmeat.
pound it inside and open up the perimeter for the shooters on the team.
Should be a fun game and I hope it is in the evening not at noon
And sweaty Gary Williams...What do we know about Maryland?
We know we owe them for Caron Butler's last game, they have a deranged fan named JaCkSoN, and they will cry about Rudy Gay until the end of eternity.
We haven’t lost a game where Polley has scored 8 or more pointsDefinitely. Polley has not been shooting well. Lately, he seems to hurry his shots before the defense collapses on him, which is causing him to miss some shots he normally can make. I hope he figures this out before the tournament. This is his final year, and I really hope he has some huge games since he is our X-factor.
Agree. We're going need to have AJ and possibly play Gaffney to match up against the bigger guards if Cole can't guard. They are going to spread us out, draw Sanogo outside and start posting us down low or a dribble drive. If we can't stop that, it'll be like the St John's game all over again.height on perimeter = bad for cole
switchable defense = bad for bouknight

Start Dre.we really need him at 100%
gaffney running point under the pressure of the tournament would be a complete disaster
I have to admit he took a few crazy shots last game. But to say he will be a disaster? I don't think so. Plenty of time for Dan Hurley to sit him down. Talk to him. Remember Gaff did have a great game dropping 20? Also Bouk and him came in together. He will talk to Gaff also.we really need him at 100%

I usually pick the B1G to get exposed in my brackets and will probably do so again. There's a bit of circularity to the rankings.
If a lot of B1G teams are ranked highly, then all the other teams look better by beating them, garner high rankings, lose to other teams who then get inflated rankings, etc.
The B1G will either dominate this Tournament (I'm talking like 6 Sweet 16 and 3-4 Elite 8 teams) or they will be badly exposed. I don't see much middle ground.
