I think the first half was five on one basketball. Reed had 19 points and 16 rebounds on 8 for 8 shooting. The rest of the team shot 32% and 7% (SEVEN) with 8 total rebounds.

Reed ends with incredible 31 points 27 rebounds!

Thank the Basketball Lords for Tarris Reed. Without him UConn might have suffered an upset to a 15 seed and would have been the biggest storyline of the NCAAT. Everyone on the team should donate 10% of their NIL money to Tarris after that legendary performance. This wasn't an exhibition or a cupcake game in November-this was the NCAAT. Hats off to Tarris. The Kodiak attack saved UConn.

Overshadowed but AK quitely with a very solid game.

The defense also really turned up the pressure in crunch time. Ross did a great job containing House and fighting over screens. Mal got into Wilkins’ grill and really interrupted him, Braylon with a few key steals, and Tarris with rock solid post defense.
