Former UConn strength coach Alosi alleges refusal to violate COVID guidelines led to his ouster (AP/Patrick Eaton-Robb)

When sometime cites “legal technicalities” they tend to have a bad case.
So 5 days after his contract expires his employer decides not to renew? I guess if they had given him a year notice they would be fine?

1. I don't know what point you are making.

2. In the real world, expiration is sufficient. Since this is UCONN employment and not the real world, on to #3.

3.His lawyer is telegraphing that he will lose because of a "technicality." All of law is a technicality . He is going to lose - at least at this stage - he told us as much.

Legal technicalities are the best type.
