This guy played in the good ol' days when UConn couldn't get a home-and-home with Yale.

Like this?

I know that everyone is joking, but I would straight-up wear that helmet as a fan to a UConn game....especially if the ears really did poke out all 3-D like...

Yeah, our dog as a Minute Man. What could be better than that?

(for the sake of full disclosure, UMass wasn't always the Minute Men. I believe that until the early-mid 1970's they were the Indians or Warriors (some nickname that was an insult to ntive Americans).

UMASS was known as the Redmen. They practically led the political correctness movement by changing the name as far back as the 1970's. I believe Stanford beat them, changing from the Indians to Cardinal before UMASS made their change. Political correctness always happens first in California.

I remember there were idiots who also objected to the Minuteman mascot. They claimed it was a violent (he holds a musket) male image that is undesirable. The inmates trying again to run the asylum.

Well, it IS offensive. Plenty of men suffer from ED.
