Just wait until this UConn team gets a little flow to their offense. Right now they're giving up too early, not cutting hard enough, and not being patient enough. Also they've yet to run Lou off a screen or curl. Yet they're up by 16 at the quarter and playing tough on defense.

I think there's little doubt that Crystal is ahead of where Moriah was at the beginning of her sophomore season

I do like Stanford's new offense. Harder to guard than their old offense and should bode well for this team over time.

There defensive intensity is very high and they also scouted that back door pass from the top of the key

Great 1st quarter 26-10 lead. Kia only took 1 shot, would like to see her more involved in the offense. Crystal 5-6 shooting with 3-3 from 3 point line for 13 points.

The biggest visible difference in CD seems to be her composure.

First thoughts: I think Gabby is a bit too aggressive on offense. A couple of her shots were before there was much passing.

Did everyone see Geno clap and then smile after the team interrupted 4 Stanford passes in one possession?

I think most impressive is how UConn slides into the passing lanes...and that Lou's going underneath on offense to fight for boards.
