Sorry, I'd rather folks revere me like the Wizard of Oz.
Where can I get a Cary Grant or Simon Baker avatar?

Okay, Nan, it's driving me crazy. Who is that in your avatar? I'm guessing Greta Garbo or Marlene Dietrich. Why did you choose her as an avatar, whomever it is?

Since you like power (cars, I believe) and want to be revered, I assume you'd prefer Oz the Great and Powerful to Oz the Little Man Behind the Curtain.

It's Bette Davis. My avatars have a theme....

Beatrix - won't link it here, it's not pretty
Cell Block Tango
Margo, er, Bette

And from another chick with attitude:

Greta Garbo, and Monroe
Deitrich and DiMaggio
Marlon Brando, Jimmy Dean
On the cover of a magazine

Grace Kelly; Harlow, Jean
Picture of a beauty queen
Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire
Ginger Rodgers, dance on air

They had style, they had grace
Rita Hayworth gave good face
Lauren, Katherine, Lana too
Bette Davis, we love you

Ladies with an attitude
Fellows that were in the mood
Don't just stand there, let's get to it
Strike a pose, there's nothing to it

I met Cat and understand what you are saying. But I didn't need to go all the way to Hartford to meet her.

I had a triple bonus: I met Eric; UConn beat Stanford; it was sunny and 65 in San Diego.

Geez - I look great for being dead - veerry dead.

As Billy Crystal's alter ego would say, "It's better to look good than feel good".

I had a triple bonus once - has lunch with Milford Husky, UConncat and I was in Philadelphia.

Ok, ok, double bonus.

Memory lane. How can we forget the trip some of us (TJI, Phil) made to the frozen tundra (aka Milwaukee) a few years ago? Great hospitality shown by JKicker66 and his family.

I really enjoyed meeting and seeing so many Boneyarders. I miss living in Chicago but one of the benefits of living on the east coast is that I can now make trips to CT to see the Huskies. Last night's game won't be my last.

Not sure Eric. It'll depend on work and whether I'd prefer to attend the BET or the NCAAs as I likely won't be able to do both.
