Sean Miller calmly having a “discussion” with the refs about a bad foul call. 6ft out on the court. Refs let him go ape-sheet for about 30sec. Play on!

Providence comes out strong on D in 2nd half. Take the lead. Both Hopkins and Carter seem like they're gimpy though.
 
I was a bit skeptical of Colby Jones previously because of his poor shooting, but he's now the full triple threat. Can shoot, pass, or drive. Strong, too. Reminds me of a Nova player.
 
Cooley just got a "warning" for stepping onto the court yelling about a call

Stop play for a few seconds, and then play on

Refs absolutely letting these guys go hard.

Could be multiple fouls called on every possession.

Providence bully ball (Crosswell/Hopkins) against Colby Jones right now. Missing Freemantle a lot right now when Nunge has to sit. Trading leads. Very good game.

Crosswell and Hopkins have the 1990's "Great in Big East, lousy in Tournament" style that will have Providence home after the first weekend. Non-Big East refs are going to ring Hopkins up with a foul every 3 minutes or so.
 
Not sure who I want to lose. Dislike Freemantle and Kunkel a lot but PC fans...

I got to give it to, you stick to your horrible predictions. Your 9th place finish prediction for Providence destined them to win the league, and now I fear you just locked in a Final Four run for them.

I got to give it to you. You talk a lot of smack about other people's predictions yet never provide any analysis or predictions of your own.


EDIT: August is on the record that the Friars are going to the Final Four. Got it.

Very good Xavier-providemce game. Noah Locke is a poor man's Jordan Hawkins. Hunter has shut down Hopkins
