1. Cocaine - Clapton
2. Comfortably Numb - Waters, Morrison, The Band

Is the implication that Roger Waters covered "Comfortably Numb?"

This is from A Very Special Christmas with 15 covers from Whitney to Bruce and some of the best of the era. A must play seasonal here.

Is the implication Van Morrison, Rick Danko, and Levon Helm are in Pink Floyd?

My point is that "Comfortably Numb" is Waters' song. Though given my post regarding the Eagles earlier, I suppose Van Halen technically covered "I Can't Drive 55" and "There's Only One Way to Rock," and The Circle covers all the VH songs from the '85-'96.

This is an incredible reading of a totally fantastic fairly "current" song.

Im not kidding about either, despite the clown schtick. And Royals is one of the best pop songs to come down the pike in the last decade.

I prefer this to the original, love the arrangement and the jazz chord substitutions employed, but I am a fan of Lordes original version as well.

if that was a cover of another tune why did they bother?
