Favorite Horn Bands Songs

.-.
My understanding these guys are some of the better (best) studio musicians out of Nashville. Sure sound like it.
(or they actually are back from the dead )

Ra, Ra, Ra - Here Come the Mummies

.-.
Kind of a 70's throwback band.

Space Capone - I Just Wanna Dance

This video is a little long, but worth the time. These guys were just so darned good. Their music practically demands that you stop what you're doing and pay attention. But it is nearly always worth that price.

One of my favorite horn renditions in a rock song. This is a cover by Sina of Chicago's 25 or 6 to4, that even the drummer Danny Seraphine commented that he loved the "feel and interpretation of my drum part".

Ra,Ra, Ra . Lol mummies, Egypt, Ra! Now that is funny!

Not a horn band, but there's some horn featured prominently in this song.

edit--this is a Seattleite also

Local (for me) band, seen them a few times. Lighting his trumpet on fire is Billy Joe's signature move, I think he always finishes shows that way.

Here is another take on Chicago, and these guys are loving it.

That is a great cover, if you didn't have the video you would swear that it was Chicago playing.
