Favorite Coach - not your team coach

My favorite coach, not named Vic, is Dawn Staley. Hard choice between Dawn and Geno but Dawn feeling for the players won me over, as I have said before she is a special lady!
Fabbri

Fabbri of Quinnipiac, she takes no gruff from anyone. Reminds me a little bit of Geno in his early days.

Geno is a fan of Tricia Fabbri and her team

Kim Mulkey. Yes she’s a bit unhinged at times, but for the most part she is a good person and does want the best for her team and women’s basketball. She’s tough, but never too tough to give praise to the other teams she’s playing. I give her credit for that.

I’m also a fan of Gary Blair. He’s always calm and collected and has a special relationship with his players.

I have to say Geno and not because we're on a UCONN board. I sit 4 rows behind the opposing head coach, so I see them from a very close vantage point. I also loved Pat Summitt when she was with us and I like Yolett McCuin and Stephanie White. If those 2 coaches are given time, they will win at their respective institutions. Throw in Felisha Legette-Jack and Tara.

Till Texas A&M became the Chennedy Carter show with extras, I would have said Gary Blair.

Now I'd probably say Vic with Doug Bruno and Jeff Walz close behind.

I would like to say the Abilene Christian coach. Some of you might not agree, but there can be no question about her not being Good e nough.
