Is Stewie not at top 100 transfer?
No! He has shown to be a good bench player but not yet a consistent player who can start. He has the tools so someone will be getting a player with a chip on his shoulder to prove people wrong hopefully.

Wilkins advanced #'s are horrible and he's rail thin. He can play but he looks overrated to me.
Furman is one game, we were missing Demary, and Hurley was trying to end the game as quickly as possible without getting anyone hurt.

Wilkins is a good athlete in a low major. From that to Kentucky is a huge jump, and those same shots are not going to be there in the SEC. Maybe he pulls it off, but saying a kid jumping from Furman to Kentucky is a "great pickup" is crazy. If he averages 12 ppg and 4 apg, it will be an achievement,
Is a decent scorer from the 5th place team of the #23 conference really a great pickup? We would have never heard of this guy if Samford or UNC Greensboro hit a couple of more shots in the SoCon tournament.

Check page 1 & 2 of this thread. We were all salivating over Wilkins. Now that he's picked Kentucky, all of a sudden we're not impressed.... How convenient.

I wonder if Riebe comes back. Just an idle thought.

Also....Finley Bizjack is still out there, AFAIK.

I tend to agree. I was in the chat during our game against Furman and everybody was acting like he was the most talented player on the floor. I just didn’t see that, particularly knowing his 3% and TO rate. He had a great 1st half against us, and he’s clearly a high major guy, but starting at PG for UK is about 500 steps up from starting for Furman. I hope for his sake he has an easier transition than Lee did at Florida.

Same with Christian Anderson - jumps to portal player #1.
Have seen that. Will get a lot of attention and high NIL interest. Think we have to spread ours(NIL) around a little bit as we add to our existing roster with experienced bench strength and worthwhile projects.

What point do you think you’re making? Were superjohn or Nelson salivating over him? They’re both saying he’s overrated. Which isn’t at all inconsistent with the consensus being that Wilkins is great.

It'll be interesting to see where Anderson goes. My guess is Kansas.
Lot's of Duke smoke, almost suggestive it's a done deal. Which is hysterical, because they have 3 PG's on the roster already (Boozer, Foster & Rippey). I don't think JS knows what he's doing if he doesn't have Boozer & Flagg.

Acaden Lewis obviously can't be factored in because you said one of the reasons he chose Miami is because they have a better roster as of now.

Nova is returning their best player Tyler Perkins and another starter in Matthew Hodge. Duke Brennan is trying to get another year of eligibility. Bench players Malachi Palmer and Christian Jeffrey. Portal pickups Kwame Evans Jr. and Devin Royal.

Nova is going after guards now. Only names I've heard are Kayden Mingo and DJ Wagner.
I'll take Miami

Kentucky sub suggests zoom will run point and Wilkins will be SG.
