Kenpom ranking before the tournament

Uconn - 4
Texas - 6 (Gonzaga was 8)
SDST - 14 (Creighton was 13)
FAU - 26 (KSU was 24)
Miami - 40

Both of these teams stink on defense.

So could Gonzaga...
Do you feel like Gonzaga's offensive efficiency rating is overrated because of who they play against in confernce? Is that baked into the formula? Obviously Timme also helped their rating but we had an obvious answer for him with our 2 headed monster at C. These teams look more explosive offensively to me.

Miami 1-on-1 play should help if it's close to the end. They may have this.

Both these teams have great guards. Way better than the Zags perimeter

One difference with Gonzaga is the backcourt wasn't playing as well even in the tournament games they won. So, yeah, they were a great offense for the year, but something was off recently.

Miami is mucking things up at their defensive end and making everything on offense. Absolutely terrifying.

Miami just has individual dogs.
Zero quit in that bunch. It's crazy that they can't seem to guard anyone, but in the Drake game, and now today, are somehow locking the opponent down in crunch time.

This is what Miami does, they hang around even when things aren't going good and then blitz you with a run.
Only difference is that Texas’ guards are the same size as Wong/Pack. Would be a lot more interesting to see them against Andre, Newton, and Hawkins

It is an OUT OF BOUNDS line, therefore, legal to stop ON, just not over. There was no issue on that play.
If that’s the case then why do they call OOB when a guy steps on the line?? You are dead wrong.

Between Allen and Rice, last years loss to NMSU doesn't seem so bad in retrospect.
