Sears has been so small. But he has time to great
I just don’t think you can shoot your way to a chip. They are one dimensional right now. Balance is needed. They have to figure out how to get a few stops and just get baskets at the other end not just settling for the first decent three. Duke is long and that means tough close outs.
That is also impacting Sears.
See: Us, St John’s.You have to do more than shoot. But if you can’t hit 3s you’re just not going to win a ship realistically
UConn destroyed everyone last season and they shot horribly from three. You have to do more than shoot. But if you can’t hit 3s you’re just not going to win a ship realistically
They were 36.7 as team. That is far fromUConn destroyed everyone last season and they shot horribly from three.
It’s why Michigan state and Tennessee will eventually ultimately failSee: Us, St John’s.
This board sounds like the Duke board from last year with Duke fans hoping like all hell that someone would defeat UConn and sounding resigned after UConn crushed Illinois.Auburn might be the only team that can beat Duke but need the Auburn team we have seen most of the season.
He has been a net negative this game and he is selfishly forcing shots and trying to get his.Watching sears makes me more thankful we have historically had guys with stones who come through in the big spot
Scheyer is just another calipari. Even calipari got one with some crazy good freshmanLooks like Duke will be the program that got it right following up a legend with his immediate successor
Rick Barnes thoughTennessee can bang with this duke team. They abused them in the tournament a few years back.
UConn shot below 24% from three in the tournament last year. They were 36.7 as team. That is far from
Horrible
35.8 actually I think. One of the espn pages seems glitched. Still puts them in the top 25 percent or so of teams.
Sears has five turnovers and can’t shoot. He has been a net negative this game and he is selfishly forcing shots and trying to get his.
Started on 3rd baseScheyer doesn't even have to recruit because duke has such a strong presence in the basketball academies.
