Game tracker has 3 minutes for Bent with an assist and a steal.
 
Well, I'm at XL Center enjoying the hell out of this. Sloppy second Q at times, but we're up 25 with 20 minutes to go. Napheesa is everywhere!

I was in this same building about wix years ago to witness UConn beat FSU for 89 in a row. Amazing to see this same winning streak still active. Yes, I'll be in the building for USF and what all hope and pray would
be #90.

What a program this is! Badass!!!

I agree. Yes UCONN is blowing some of these teams out, but I notice AAC teams are actually running offense, passing the ball, and trying to get open players good shots. Occasionally it works. UCONN plays terrific defense. But these teams are working had and improving. I think teams like UCF and ECU (maybe even SMU) will be fighting for NCAA bids in the next 3-4 years... add that to UCONN, USF, Tulane and Temple. This year Temple is 10-3, SMU is 10-4, Tulane is 10-4, USF is 11-1, and UCF is 10-4. They may have had "easy" schedules, but it's light years better than last season.

As of today, there would be 10 of the 11 teams in the conference eligible for post season play. Probably only 3 make the NCAA's and I'm not sure 7-7 Memphis would get a NIT bid, but there are lots of reasons to think the American is looking up...

Does Gabby or Napheesa win the Most Improved Player Award for AAC ?

My head has a picture still of that happening to the great leaper David Thompson. Wasn't pretty.
 
Gabby & Pheesa are ripping it up inside. ECU has no answers.

Geno not a happy camper. Sits, gives a weary shake of the head. Oh my, his dispiriting struggle.
 
So funny to watch Geno's facial expressions during the game. If you just went by that you'd think they were losing. :p
