You wear UConn gear for your self esteem?
 
It's not really a concious decision, and definitely not for self esteem since I live in a place that cares zero about UConn or college BB, but I probably wear school gear 3-5 days every week just because I have so freaking much of it. And it seems like biz casual even on Teams meetings is a thing of the past. I did suits and ties 5 days a week for a long time, so I'm OK with it.

Trilly has a nugget out there tied to some of what we heard last night on 60m that would not make the UConn fanbase happy, yet not totally surprising.

Good - because that one would have been really discouraging. Also, that would also be Trilly's second go around with bad Uconn info. Guys like him only get so many chances to be wrong before they're seen as throwing sh$t against the wall.

Surprised at the Kevins and Karens on the Yard jumping all over him. I can understand opposing team's social media platforms. But here? Can't imagine what it would be like around here if we were 9-20 instead of 20-9.

It would be helpful if there were different threads on specific topics in my opinion. Seems like everything outside of storrscentral content is in a mega thread.

Here’s a thread of feedback on the Hurley 60m piece. One guy goes as for as saying he could never see Andrea as the “First Lady”of Lexington because she’s like MonaLisa Veta (which was funny). They are another breed, or perhaps in-breed, over there.

I don't like reading any other teams' boards but I said what the heck and checked it out. It was....errr...entertaining. I will say though that some of them do seem to know about the UConn team. They don't seem to have any rules about speculating who should/could/will transfer from Kentucky.

Yeah def some knowledgeable ones speckled in there - I appreciate those. Only board I’ll go take a look at once in awhile to get national perspective, since they’re on top of everything.
 
As mentioned, nothing new if you have been on this board for any length of time. Dan is open and honest and because of that other fanbases will be extremely critical of him at times.

This team must drive him crazy. He mentioned that sports have gotten softer. And to paraphrase, "teams do not value each possession as life or death."
