Duke in a dogfight with SFA

Unranked teams on road wearing purple - 2.
 
NCAA may relook at the game, admonish the refs and due to missed calls, negate the game and restore Duke's record and home win streak will remain intact. It's Coach K.
Maybe he pulled a groin muscle and shouldn't have coached so the NCAA won't count the game against his record if the above fails.
 
Vegas had dook at -28. -28! You think a few wise guys took a flyer on that line and had a nice pay day?

I wonder what the lines for dook will be going forward

Just went back and re-watched the end. It was an Offense/Defense type substitution, with Carey out at the 1:45 mark on defense. Re-inserted on offense next possession and then taken out for the remainder of the game afterwards. He missed critical possessions on both ends of the floor.

Ah ok. They had a timeout too I think. You’d think they would have called it to get him in for the last possession.

Yeah for sure. They were looking to go inside too - turned it over on an entry pass to Hurt in the post.

Everytime SFA are in the NCAA tournament I always pick them to win at least 1 game. Great coach with great kids every year. Well deserved

Aside from the general joy of Duke losing... Some good has come out of this. Bain's bucket is drawing attention to the school's fundraiser for his family. Already hit 25,000. Surpassing 50k soon

I saw some Husky Nation people donate. Warms my heart. I am glad this kid is getting some support. He seems like a great kid and just wants to do good and play the game. I saw him on ESPN this morning. If I had a few bucks, I'd chip in. All great suff round and round with this game.

This is great. Hope to god the NCAA doesn't take away his eligibility. I'd expect no less from them

SFA doesn't matter to the NCAA. They love swinging their hammer at low hanging fruits. You just don't know.

I'm sure he's fine, but I never doubt the NCAA in these things
