It's an entertaining story and typical of the "flash" that PrimeTime has shown his entire life. That said, it's not a sustainable system or program. He's a snake oil salesman. He rolls into town, sells his show, gets everyone excited then moves onto the next town. Enjoy the ride here though. Wu Tang Clan on the sidelines in the home opener? T.O. on the sidelines? It's only getting bigger from here this season.

His son is the real deal. He has some other elite players too. But yeah, will they respond well when they get beaten badly or they start suffering injuries to key players, etc? It’s tbd.

I find it funny and enjoyable that he’s simply and seriously being referred to as Prime by the media and everyone else.
Have you seen the Colorado promo commercials that say "We have a prime location, we have prime facilities, we have prime academics...." etc. and at the end it shows Coach Prime? They're using him to promote the university, not only football.

I agree on his son and on Travis Hunter.

Think about Rex Ryan with the Jets. He comes in, big speeches, lots of personality, a "players coach" that "lets them play". Big lean on the "no one believed in us" angle. It's a formula. It's not a system like Saban or a Bill Walsh in SF situation. It lives on the spotlight and the sizzle.

He has won 2 games. That's all.

Let's see what happens the rest of the season. I do think he can coach and that he relates to his players. But the hype from the sports "journalists" is over the top.

Great athlete and a really personable young woman, but to be fair ask: is this a tennis obsessed nation, or a football obsessed nation?
It's a football obsessed nation, with the exception of this portion of the Boneyard.

Your response makes no sense in the context of @Letsgohuskies11 's reply. Coco is an amazing story on a bigger stage than Neon's story.

Are you comparing him to Rick Pitino?
