Delaware and Tennessee in Bridgeport Regional?

I am confused as to why Penn State is in Spokane in the projection. Based on geography or balance it makes no sense.

Also don't understand why Maryland, a team ranked in the top 10 all season, is a 4 seed and a mediocre Nebraska team that hasn't is a 3 seed.

And Maryland went to Nebraska early in the season and thumped them pretty good if i remember correctly

Creme actually ranks MD #11 and NE 13, but swaps their seeds because it was the only way he could get his bracket to work.
