Penn State? isn't that the place where they reversed the name for Sandusky?
That's Ohio----Sandusky, Ohio!! Not Penn State.

Wishing De'Janae all the best and hope she has a great first WCBB game. :)

javaman---since you brought this up---I thought she transferred and did not travel to a few games because she had
academic issues not physical issues. At least the media at the time spoke to her not traveling due to academic issue.
In basketball I had great expectations for her--from what the media said as she entered Uconn.

I wish her well, but since she never played for us...

It is Penn State, Sandusky was worked under Joe Paterno (great legend of college football).

Penn State is the first team to beat Tenn this season.

Tis the season. Let the spirit of Christmas prevail. Carnac wishes De'Janae Boykin all of the best during her time at Penn State. It will be interesting to see her play at this level.

This is one of the few quality summaries and timelines of the events. Unfortunately it, also, stops short of of the most recent events such as McQuarrey's winning over $7 million from PSU for the board of trustees negligent actions against him. It is, also, appears likely that the Paterno family may similarly prevail in a suit. Why? Because they, McQuarrie and Paterno fulfilled the legal actions required with notification and then disengagement from the follow up. Both were scapegoated by the trustees.

Unfortunately, there are, also, no raised in the convictions of Sandusky and at least some convictions may be over turned or set aside for retrial.

DJB with 4-8 FG and a team-high 6 rebs late in a tight game vs. American U

Down 2 with less than 3 mins to play

PSU 2 PT lead and the ball 34 secs remain

DJB 2nd leading scorer for PSU , off the bench with 10/6

Then there was Jonathan the huskie
Who disliked him some Jerry Sandusky
He'd like to sink his fangs
Into anything that hangs
So Sandusky would finally pay his lust-fee

Sorry about that, but you are wrong. Jerry Sandusky was a coach for Penn State who abused boys over a long period of time. I don't know where he is from, but it is not Sandusky, OH - home of Cedar Point.

He was making a joke(play on words).

You are correct---that whole Penn st/Sandusky BS has been hashed over and over--that was Football--this is Womens' BB.
Yet Sandusky is in Ohio. (the city by that name)

The city in Ohio has no first name only Sandusky..

Glad to see both Boykin and Edwards playing well for their respective teams. I do think both could have contributed at UCONN, but our program was not right for them. Wish them much success, unless they face UCONN - then I hope we wipe the floor with them! :)
