OT: - Daniel Jones MVP | Page 3 | The Boneyard

OT: Daniel Jones MVP

We should all be excited, Daboll is dunzo and Jones success is more evidence at just how much Daboll sucks.
I was livid after about 5 minutes then I'm like screw it, this is actually comical because its typical Giants. Look at the Pats and Bears with their new hires and the progression of their qbs in their 2nd seasons.

Sure was hoping like any fan to win and have some feeling of hope going into Philly but realistically would you rather win 7 and Daboll is back or win 5 games or less and have better coaching.

Unfortunately for Jones, he is done for the year. He injured his right Achilles while playing with hairline fracture on left fibula. It’s confirmed that he will require season ending surgery.

Brutal for Jones and for a Colts team that was clearly going all in to win.

Rough break - I would never give up that kind of draft capital for a CB though. There is only one position to unload draft stock on and that is QB.

AFC is a wide open.

Poor SOB. Have to wonder if playing with the broken bone led to the Achilles in the way he was working his legs/feet? No matter, you stop the run now you beat the Colts. Taylor is their only hope at this point.

You can expect a lot of loaded boxes going forward. You can also expect Joe Flacco to be joining soon.

He may be done for much if not all of next year too

What does "ready" mean for Daniel Jones. Ready to disappoint again?

Why would you even go there? Before he got hurt and played with a broken bone for 2 games he was one of the top 6-7 QBs in the game this year. You can’t admit that?

For what it's worth, Phillip Rivers looked awful out there. He looked every bit the old man he is and I'm shocked that's the Colts best option at 8-5 going into this week's game.

Feel bad for Indy - shows how much football is a season long endurance sport, and why Josh Allen is every bit the universal superstar he is. Not only is get unbelievably talented, but his size makes him incredibly durable with how much running he does. You saw the downside with Mahomes yesterday.
