I wish I knew what was going to happen in 2014 but so far KO has pulled two top 20 players- one who will get to improve all year and learn the UCONN way before he hits the floor. If UCONN fans are complaining about anything period they should look at Uk or Indiana when they lost their HOF coach- he is miles ahead of them in his second year.

It really started with Rudy, who, while certainly not woefully skilled, did have a hard time putting the ball on the deck against smaller college wings (usually a third guard). Then Sticks, then Roscoe came in as a three - but we typically went small in both of his seasons as soon as we could (Napier off the bench, or Boat).

That's why JC said Rudy would be a better NBA guy than college because he would be guarded by a guy his size instead of being frustrated by a 6/5 wing.

The thing is Rudy didn't have a great handle or much of a mid-range, pull up game - jump shots and high flying stuff as a frosh.........this kid already has that much like Rip who was skinnier.......no issues with his game fitting in right away!
