Coppin State Game Thread

Adams trying to be too fancy and celebrating when he hits a 3 against Coppin St. Ugh.

Just drive to the bucket and get easy baskets. He's A+ at that.
 
This is going to get ugly when conference play starts. Struggling against mid major after mid major and now against an 0-9 Coppin State picked 12th in their conference. we’ve got problems boys.

I'm so angry right now. This team plays uninspired and unprepared every single game.

We need a change to hit the reset button.
 
I mean - I've got absolutely nothing to really add to this thread as they're doing the same thing they did all of the other games this season and a lot of their games in all the other seasons...

One of our 'stars' is having a great day. One is having a bad day. A guy we didn't expect to be good is being good enough that we'll like him for a week or two until he goes back to being bad and you can check the rest of the team for a pulse. Kevin Ollie is switching between running around and sitting, with his 'aw man' face on a lot.
 
They mentioned Cincy, Temple, UCF, WS, and Houston. Does anyone see us beating any of them?

Larrier missed a WIDE open vital. Kid has no vision.

Really not feeling him as a player. Good shooter from deep most days, but his team concept IQ on both ends is dreadful. Needs to develop that ASAP if we want to beat the top AAC teams.

Honestly, we did that often in the Calhoun days too. Many a player had their career high against us, mostly from 3.

For me this game is even worse than the Arkansas beat down. Up 6 and nursing the clock against the 347/351 Kenpom team?

We have no clue how to play defense. How do we continually leave Morgan wide open. This is worse than the Arkansas game
 
Wow. It's looking like our new rivals are Columbia, Monmouth and Coppin State. Could the program have slipped this much?

I think that may be the problem more than anything else. I do get the feeling some of these guys. Mainly Adams may be under the weather. Looks very winded.
 
Is adams the best PnR driver weve ever had? My guess is hes one of the top in the country.

Needs to get better footwork when hes shooting and play smarter D.
