Marsch has Canada looking organized in the face of superior talent.

Let’s hire Marsch.

America isn't a serious soccer country. I'm 100% all for grass fields but we can't lay down sod a week before a game. That was a disgrace last night

Marsch had Canada looking good

My soccer pendulum has swung the other way regarding international vs club ball. International leans on individual talent over rigid systems and the last 20 min of the euro games has been pure chaos. It's fantastic. I expect even more once we get to the KO round here

Not a bad game. But you can't miss chance after chance against good teams.

I did not realize Bolivia was so bad. Right down there with Luxemburg and Haiti. We didn't look great (lots of easy give aways), but we did get the 3 points. But turnovers like that against Uruguay and probably even Panama, won't go well for us.

Who's idea was it to put the early game at 5pm CT in KC?
Then I just heard they pinched in the lines to be consistent with the other smaller fields.
But at least this field wasn't patched together yesterday

Because the other game has a guy you may of heard of.

Copa America started strong on Thursday, with 1.056 million viewers watching Argentina (and Lionel Messi) defeating Canada 2-0 on FS1, the network’s fourth-most-watched non-United States, non-World Cup match ever.

I know - more of the same dumb decision making by USSF/SUM.

Atmosphere at MetLife should be electric tonight

What the heck did I just watch? Both Copa games tonight were lacking crispness

SA seems to be in such a down cycle in talent at the moment. im taking Colombia to win the tournament

Don't think USSF/SUM have much, if anything to do with Copa America. It's run by CONMOBEL with help from CONCACAF. (That's probably a mess enough.)

They can’t have field conditions like this for the World Cup.

The entire management of the USSF needs to be replaced. We need conditions that we can be proud of.

Apparently for WC the grass fields are required to be laid out 6 mo in advance. Stadiums will retrofit their layout to have 75 yard wide fields. We'll see if any of that happens.

I doubt our cheap loser NFL owners will follow through.

If Kroenke didn't plan for that when building SoFi I highly doubt they'll put the $ into removing seats to accommodate FIFAs preference

Georgia up on Portugal 1-0 at the half. Portugal should come back with many chances if they keep playing but they do love to cry. Getting yellow cards to boot arguing and diving.
