Tom set up a board strictly for conference realignment topics. So, if you start a thrwad on that topic here and it goes missing, look for it on the other board.
 
You may as well delete all the other boards. Nothing else matters.

Not everyone wants to spend 24/7 discussing something that may not happen for months.

Besides..I didn't see too many stories posted about football.

That's why you moved 110 threads created in the last 48 hours. You might want to check out the ENTIRE INTERNET. It's the only topic of discussion.

Anyone who thinks anything else is worth discussing, isn't worth discussing anything with anyway.

Message board administrators are funny... they think they can decide what people want to talk about.

Just the most important time in UConn athletic history that may take place in days, months or even years to play out. If it takes a long time we'll be talking about it for a long time.

It's about UConn football and that makes on topic.
 
Not sure why everyone's so upset. A special board was set up for fans to discuss this important topic. No one is being prohibited from discussing it - it's just got its own place. And it's not just a football topic. Even though many fans on this board have been brutally candid in your opinion of other UConn sports, the conference realignment affects fans of other sports too.

Nobody is really upset, it's just fun to watch message board admins try to flex their muscles. I'm sure it was just a way to help the women's basketball fans find the relevant threads. No way they could have found them otherwise.

There's a lot of anger on this thread. I suspect this realignment talk has gotten to everyone.
 
It feels like over managing to me. Conference alignment is a big deal. Let people post in the forums they want to post in.

those one or two people could have gone elsewhere. You're working against inertia.
 
It's just a pain in the ass going back and forth. Especially on my cell phone when I check in most during the day. I'm sure I'm not alone with this.

By the way. Don't forget to clean up the men's hoops board.

Hey, it's got to be a real pain in the ass when you want to get AWAY from realignment talk by talking about the actual team and all you see is thread after thread after thread reminding you of the crappy spot we're in.

The admins did you guys a favor, tried to clean up the place. Show a little bit of thanks, once in a while.
