Great news!!!!!!! CL or bust 2014. Sounds like we are going to open up the purse a bit to get some more talent around him. The new stadium can't come soon enough.

Friggin Chelsea and their unbelievable run in the CL last year. Spurs finished 4th (and spit the bit down the stretch, as they tend to do, to give up 3rd to that other london club) and only Chelsea's miracle run and Drogba's goal in the 88th or 89th minute to send it to extra time did them in. Thanks a lot Bayern.

I think this is just his agent agitating the fanbase to get Bale more money for next year. As the article says, he is under contract for 3 more years with Spurs and I don't see them giving him up this offseason.
