Years ago, our fellow Rutgers fans (our peers ... then) used to rave about McNulty. I think that was more about his recruiting Productivity because I never thought their offense was all that innovative or explosive. This is about a KNOWN quality guy to the Raritan bunch. A TE position coach doesn't easily get a P5 Coordinator job.

I have concerns on ANY guy who made his mark as a Coordinator being able to run a Program. And the NFL role is even more involved and rigorous.
