It’s the same photo package for every recruit. Everyone doesn’t follow it as closely as others. But we get these same generic pictures for damn near every visit. If the parents are present they take these exact same pictures.
I highly doubt that. And we don’t know who’s coming and who’s going, yet. Again, strong draft upcoming with weak one following, so anyone on fence may stick (Solo). I’d be apt to think 2026 could very well be:
It is tough for certain types of players to find themselves in lottery positions. There is no guarantee that anyone goes even after a fairly strong season.
OK, if so and they visit 8 schools they will have 8 photo packages dressed up in the different schools attire? If so it’s beyond lame, and not only that but it means less than nothing.
Very true. If Solo has a knock out year and stock is at peak, sure he should go despite strength of draft.

Different cases. Those were transfers who proved their ability and were able to make instant impact because they already had that experience under their belt.
Saw it. Doesn’t make it less dumb. I wonder how this whole thing works? The recruit arrives and during touring the facility UConn has its own photographer doing the lame photo shoot, all preprogrammed. Every other school does it so if we don’t then we lose an advantage? That kind of sounds like it.
Every other school doesn’t have 6 trophies to saturate a recruit in. I think you need to spend more time learning about that generation. They’re different.
Schools are already trying to one up each other with these things. That's what Flagg's visit to Duke was all about, with the fans and that weird baby.
Don't forget about your take that Tristen Newton actually sucks despite being a 1st team All American and 2x national champion
Tristen Newton was a tremendous floor general for an insanely talented team that didn’t need him to necessarily play great to win.
Newton was 15.1ppg, 6.2apg, 6.5rpg as an AA. That's a little more than just running the offense, and ridiculous numbers. He was a heck of a rebounder, a great passer and a master of drawing contact/fouls.

Why did he fall to the end of the first round as a 6’5 PG with all those accomplishments?
You could add that he was the primary reason as to why many looked at that offense as one of the finest run in college, all time. His ability to throw lobs, back doors was pretty amazing, had great timing. Then last year you saw how much of it was about the players/talent, and not about the system itself.
