can schools recoup NIL money from players who sit out bowl games?
no lawyer, but I'd think no if it's not in the agreementcan schools recoup NIL money from players who sit out bowl games?
that is something they need to balance - meaning, at what point do you hold kids accountable, while still being a likeable school to new recruits?Good concept but probably won't help recruiting.
I thought NIL contracts were with third parties. If that's correct with Cincinnati, even have standing to sue?
It was a revenue share agreement. There was a $1 million buyout in it. When he first transferred it was reported that Texas Tech was aware of the buyout and was willing to pay it. Seems like somewhere along the lines, they reneged on that.I thought NIL contracts were with third parties. If that's correct with Cincinnati, even have standing to sue?
