If it's something really enforceable, they will just settle in court. That's what happened with Duke and their QB who transferred out.

no lawyer, but I'd think no if it's not in the agreement

also if a player is injured would they also not get paid? and if not, then how do you determine if a player is "legit" injured? or if a player gets injured because they were forced to play?

not insurmountable issues, but tricky, and would require some significant lawyering

as many have said, right now is the wild west. the real pros have much more rules.

that is something they need to balance - meaning, at what point do you hold kids accountable, while still being a likeable school to new recruits?

how much are you (random school) willing to lose by not suing?

you have to enforce at some point because while enforcing may hurt recruiting, recruiting is also pointless if a talented kid takes your money and just bails... Every school not named bama or ohio state, will get burned once their prized kid gets an offer to those top schools.

I thought NIL contracts were with third parties. If that's correct with Cincinnati, even have standing to sue?
