If it's something really enforceable, they will just settle in court. That's what happened with Duke and their QB who transferred out.
 
can schools recoup NIL money from players who sit out bowl games?
no lawyer, but I'd think no if it's not in the agreement

also if a player is injured would they also not get paid? and if not, then how do you determine if a player is "legit" injured? or if a player gets injured because they were forced to play?

not insurmountable issues, but tricky, and would require some significant lawyering

as many have said, right now is the wild west. the real pros have much more rules.
