Prime rib can be difficult when you have well done people. You cut their slices, hand it to them and say go ahead keep cooking it.
I asked for an got the end piece that gets well-flavored, and it was nicely rare within. Enjoyed gnawing the bone today.

Grateful for leftovers too, and not simply to annoy the no vegetables crowd.
