I asked for an got the end piece that gets well-flavored, and it was nicely rare within. Enjoyed gnawing the bone today.Prime rib can be difficult when you have well done people. You cut their slices, hand it to them and say go ahead keep cooking it.
Grateful for leftovers too, and not simply to annoy the no vegetables crowd.
