Funny how life comes full circle. I remember a couple days before Florida State came to town in 93. I bought poor KO a god awful shot at Ted's (Prairie Fire) for his bday and discussed FSU's backup point guard, some guy named Sam Cassell starting in place of Charlie Ward. Maybe KO can play the card JC played with Rolando Lamb and tell the Alien he wants his son for the drubbing they gave us.

He did actually because it was I believe his 21st birthday. He winced when he drank it because it was a nasty shot my friends and I would buy each other on each other's birthday, I feel bad that I inflicted that on him. He didn't seem drunk at all though, I never saw him party otherwise. I had classes with KO, Fair and other players, I think I severely misjudged KO's character, assuming he was just a typical player who partied, chased girls etc.. The KO we see today would indicate he was nothing like that.
