Dan gets his man. (and staff, too, but didn't want to disrupt the rhyme).

Castle/Newton/Spencer/Karaban/Clingan with Ball, Ross, Stewart, Diarra, Samson J, and Singare on the bench.

Guess would be Castle plays the 3 on defense due to his size. Shooters at every position, just a bit smaller as a team than last years monsters.

Seeing this thread with so few responses meant my 1st instinct was not to trust the thread title.

Guess I'm still recovering from one too many kicks to the nuts since 2014.

Welcome Cam! May your contributions next year continue to help my recovery.

I'm officially excited for next year.

We have a legit 2 deep rotation (and the 10 will likely become 8 or 9 by conference play)

PG - Castle, Diarra (w/ Newton minutes too)
SG - Newton, Ball
SF - Spencer, Ross
PF - Karaban, Stewart
C - Clingan, Johnson

Can't be understated how big this is. Doesn't force any freshman into too big of a role, but still plenty of minutes available for them. And tons of flexibility from the bench guys, and they all complement different pieces of the lineups

Holy cow, I love taking a player from Rutgers! Sorry Pikiell, but damn it feels good.

Great pickup to get such a great shooter to replace some of J Hawkins shooting. Should open up things for Clingan as well.
I think with Newton playing even more off the ball with Castle taking on the main PG duties will help him become more of a consistent outside shooter. I mean he did shoot 36% last year from 3pt range and playing PG so I expect better with his new position. Love having multiple guys who can shoot and also penetrate(Castle and Newton) in the starting lineup.
