As of right now Cal and Stanford are borderline Top 25 teams. Stanford might get better, with time, and the good coach. I dont think Cal will get better this year. Oregon and UCLA are far ahead of the others in the Pac12. I havent seen OSU or ASU yet.

Not really. Freshmen tend to struggle at UConn. The pace is much faster than high school ball.
