Because he will be the best option at the 3/4
The point is I’d be shocked if we don’t go over a superior, legit 3/4.

twist away with what you meant to say v what you did say...lol I'm just quoting what you said, You were talking about Uconn guys playing for Uconn...so not sure why you inferred that I was talking about other schools. Uconn is a college..Because you inferred from my post that i “don’t think he’s good enough to start in college…” I didn’t say that. He’d start on almost every D1 team next year. He’d start on most this year. But I’m looking at UConn’s roster next year with an eye towards winning another chip. As I explained several posts later, after our noncon I was 100% sold on him starting as a soph on a chip team but maybe I’m down to 99% currently. Theres a big difference between that and you saying I don’t think he’s good enough to start in college. Regardless, my intent was to make a comparison for the sake of posters who think Stew is locked in as a starter.
I didn’t realize Timberlake played for UConnTimberlake, Mahaney? Hurley holding onto someone that feels like an AK profile in waiting.
Sometimes?Sometimes this site makes me dizzy with some of the comments
Solo shooting 41% this year. Why besides a few 3s he has made what has he showed you to think that? Ross isn't a good offensive player and definitely not in Ball's orbit. I love how guys overreact on judging our guys when they make a couple shots.
Seems like transferring from Yale to Michigan worked for Danny Wolf. Not for the better players in the Ivy League and he was one of the better players.
Here’s another weakness: being a junior in a historically loaded freshman draftGood News/ Bad News re: Silas . One of his few "weaknesses" re: his pro prospects is becoming a strength. Shooting 45.7% from 3
Usage is a thingSolo shooting 41% this year.
ROSS shooting 48% this year

We should have gone after himSeems like transferring from Yale to Michigan worked for Danny Wolf.
I didn't want to over sell itSometimes?
Yeah chucking up more shots leads to higher scoring. Solo is not efficient or effective this year. We dropped to 40 or whatever in offensive efficiency largely because Solo is shooting 3, 4, or 5, for 15 in too many games. Karaban also had some terrible shooting games that didn’t help our metrics. Don’t defend Solo, he has Not been good this year. I hope he turns it around but let’s be honest.Usage is a thing
I hope you are just being funny. Obviously Solo is taking shots as one of main scorers and a high volume. You really think Ross can replicate what we get from Ball on offense? What offense besides a few wide open 3's are you talking about? It is nice he is hitting open 3s but to say he is as good as Ball on offense is what of the weirdest takes I have seen on the BY.Solo shooting 41% this year.
ROSS shooting 48% this year

Hurley said in the presser tonight that Demary is starting to get a lot of NBA attention.Maybe I'm crazy but I'm really not worried about the NBA taking him from us next year.
Yeah but in a draft like this he is probably mid to late 2nd round. I guess if we win it he might go as his stock might not get higher but I just don't see it happening. He is a good size for college PG but actually without great speed is not going to be able to use his size like he does in college to overpower PGs at that level.Hurley said in the presser tonight that Demary is starting to get a lot of NBA attention.
