Ran down the east coast tried to have decent football and BB programs that we could compete against. Avoided Cuse and BC to keep their percentages down. Stuck in Rutty for a drivable game.

The "If Only Conference"

North/ EAST

BC
UCONN
RUTGERS
SYRACUSE
TEMPLE
MARYLAND

SOUTH/ WEST
CINCY
WVU
PITT
PSU
VTECH
UVA

If only..... this would be fantastic, both divisions have mult regional rivals not to mention all teams are within a short flight of each other, pretty good Bball as well.
Also uconn is up to 14% third behind PSU(17%) and WVU (21%)

This is pretty cool....Named my conference Eastern Seaboard
pretty much the old ACC with the BE teams added in expansion and replaced ND with Penn State..added UConn, WVU and Rutgers.
BC, Syracuse, UConn, Rutgers, Penn State, Pitt, Maryland, WVU, UVA, Va Tech, UNC, Duke, NC State, Clemson, FSU, Miami
Did the exact same thing.

.-.
Gonna be great when the DMN finds that 14% of the respondents' IP addresses are out of Connecticut.

I call it The 2020 Conference:

UConn
FSU
Clemson
Miami
Pitt
Louisville

Current Big 12

Fun exercise. I couldn't be bothered to think about wanting a school in FLorida for recruiting, etc. I just want schools I can drive to for away games and enjoy a renewed rivalry (BC, RU, SU, Pitt, WVU) and a spark of rivalries that were never given a chance (PSU, UMD). Tossed in UVA and VTech to lock up the corridor. Flipped back and forth over Cincy as I like them but decided to pass as I'd likely then add OSU if I'm going the Ohio route. Also considered Louisville just so I could add UK. Not worth it.

Enjoy The Big Driveable Conference

UConn
BC
Rutgers
Syracuse
Maryland
Penn St
West Virginia
Virginia
Virginia Tech
Pitt

UConn is up to 15% now.

Mine was Big North:
UConn
Michigan
MSU
OSU
Illinois
Indiana
Wisconsin
Penn State
Rutgers
Nebraska
Kansas
Missouri
Rutgers
UVA
Maryland
Notre Dame

.-.
Coast to Coast Conference

UConn
Alabama
Michigan
Michigan State
Ohio State
Indiana
Duke
UNC
Texas
Oklahoma
USC
UCLA
Stanford
LSU
Kentucky
Notre Dame

I like that you added Rutgers twice to that list to offer each other school 2 free wins.

Doh! I debated adding them at all...between them and Pitt. But I wanted the local travel team.

Because it's a useless online poll?

Listen, Fartman69 (if that's even your real name), I know it's a meaningless poll, but it's being conducted in the heart of the Big 12. Given that it's a conference we're (allegedly) trying to get into, why give our haters any more ammunition by having UConn finish behind our competitors?

Because those people have no influence on our conference situation.

Then why is everyone twitching to get UConn's percentage up?

You can't have it both ways.

And why are we posting UConn's CR virtues on various message boards and on Twitter?

Because our "haters" have zero affect on whether we get into the conference or not.

I mixed us up with current conference foes, former conference foes, schools not too far from me so I can actually attend games, and other schools I just plain hate. I called it The Big Mess. Needless to say, it's not a popular combination.
